TransLink chooses sports!
On February, 11 the collective of TransLink Translation Agency took part in the 25th anniversary tournament "The Ski track of Russia - 2007". Participation in various sports events have already become a good tradition for the company.
The management of TransLink considers sports as one of the best ways of team-building and in every possible way encourages Olympic undertakings of its employees, as well as a healthy way of life accompanying them. After all, an intense sports struggle develops rallying a team, mutual aid and striving to a common best result.
The ideological inspirer and the initiator of it, as well as many other sport competitions, is the general manager of TransLink Alexey Gerin being the master of sports in swimming who was in the past the leader of an officer multiathlon team of the Institute of military translators.
This policy is usually perceived with the initiative by TransLink employees who participate in various sports events practically monthly. The trip to Volen Park in the city of Yakhroma, Dmitrovskiy area of Moscow region, where the anniversary competition of skiers was held last weekend wasn't an exception.
The Employees of TransLink ran a 10 km distance with an excellent result. The PR-department of the company which was ready even for a better result sparkled. The only barrier for them was the initiative of organizers of the race who had cancelled 15 and 50 km distances this year in view of low temperature.
And though the first places were taken by other skiers (there were more than 20000 participants!), participation in running was favorable for health, common sports training and mutual relations of team members, having left another bright page in the sports history of TransLink.
