Certificate of the Russian Consumer Protection Fund
The Russian Consumer Protection Fund (www.moscow-russia.ru) was set up to defend citizens' constitutional rights in the area of governmental consumer policy.
The “Best in Moscow” statute, which requires annual inspections of organizations and companies, was written in accordance with the program of the Russian Consumer Protection Fund pursuant to the Russian law “On Consumer Protection” and to increase the level of interest among companies and organizations in improving the quality of products, work and services, making producers more responsible before consumers, and to broadly inform consumers about leading companies in the interests of promoting high-quality goods on the consumer market.
The objectives of the inspection were:
- To identify leading producers, business owners and specialists of different professions taking into account consumers’ preferences and feedback received during the inspection;
- To help companies and organizations to create effective quality control systems.
